The hotel's location provided convenient access to key attractions. I found the proximity to the tram station particularly useful for navigating the area. The reception staff were efficient, and their English proficiency aided in smooth communication. I observed they promptly addressed inquiries.
The room lacked sufficient soundproofing. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms, especially plumbing sounds. This occasionally disturbed my sleep.

an okay stay near the sights

i found the staff to be very helpful and attentive. they answered questions about the city and offered recommendations of what to do. the hotel has a great location, just a short walk to the tram station and also in walking distance to the grand bazaar. and the other main sites were nearby.
i found used slippers in the wardrobe upon arrival. the hairdryer wasn't working, but they replaced it quickly. the floors looked scratched and the room seemed tired and smaller than in the pictures. breakfast could also have been better.

the breakfast buffet provided numerous choices. it included both cheese and olives alongside eggs and cereal (a great variety!). the air conditioning worked perfectly on a warm day.

The staff provided really good service. Gizem greeted me warmly and provided a map with excellent suggestions. The room I had was a good size and very clean. The breakfast offered great variety and the hotel had a central location close to many tourist attractions.
